# Activity and analytics

> See what happened in your workspace and how TiDani is being used. Counts and labels only, never questions or answers.

Both pages are in **Workspace** and are for admins. They are on the Growth plan and above. See [billing and plans](/docs/billing-and-plans).

## Activity

**Activity** lists what happened in your workspace, newest first: sign-ins, changes to people and rules, and questions. Each line shows when, the kind of event, what happened and who did it.

1. Open **Workspace**, then **Activity**.
2. Filter by kind of event, or type in **Search events**.

Question events show the person and a one or two word topic, for example "alex asked: renewals". They never show the question or the answer.

## Analytics

**Analytics** shows how TiDani is used.

1. Open **Workspace**, then **Analytics**.
2. Pick a range: the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
3. Read the tiles: questions asked, how many were answered, how many failed or were cancelled, and the average time to answer.
4. Scroll for questions per day, questions by team, **What people asked about**, questions by computer, and per person.
5. Open **Why recent questions failed** to see the reasons.

## What we record

These pages hold counts, times, outcomes, error codes and a short topic label per question. They never hold your questions or answers.

## Clear analytics

Choose **Clear analytics** to delete the workspace's counts for good. It cannot be undone, and every count and chart starts again from zero. Activity is not affected.
