Activity
Activity lists what happened in your workspace, newest first: sign-ins, changes to people and rules, and questions. Each line shows when, the kind of event, what happened and who did it.
- Open Workspace, then Activity.
- Filter by kind of event, or type in Search events.
Question events show the person and a one or two word topic, for example “alex asked: renewals”. They never show the question or the answer.
Analytics
Analytics shows how TiDani is used.
- Open Workspace, then Analytics.
- Pick a range: the last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
- Read the tiles: questions asked, how many were answered, how many failed or were cancelled, and the average time to answer.
- Scroll for questions per day, questions by team, What people asked about, questions by computer, and per person.
- Open Why recent questions failed to see the reasons.
What we record
These pages hold counts, times, outcomes, error codes and a short topic label per question. They never hold your questions or answers.
Clear analytics
Choose Clear analytics to delete the workspace’s counts for good. It cannot be undone, and every count and chart starts again from zero. Activity is not affected.
